This 2 day course is aimed at up to 8 theatre personnel who are beginning a robotic surgery programme or whose hospitals are considering starting one.  The course will cover lectures on developing a business case and starting a programme, an overview of the system with an emphasis on setting up and instrumentation, the gynaecological applications of robotics, and live 3D surgery transmitted from the Royal Surrey County Hospital into the MATTU.
