THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL AND CLOSED.
A two-day course for all gynaecologists with an interest in hysteroscopic surgery. It is helpful, but not essential, if participants have attended the basic course as the two are designed to complement each other.
Emphasis is on operative hysteroscopy and teh technique of transcervical resection with practical skills training with our experienced faculty. Alternative treatment therapies, including laser and later generation endometrial ablation devices are discussed and demonstrated in our live links to theatres. The benefits and techniques of outpatient hysteroscopy and the modern managemenet of menorrhagia are also discussed.
